Lesotho Prime Minister Sam Matekane and his South African counterpart, President Cyril Ramaphosa co-chaired the second session of the Bi-National Commission (BNC) in Maseru this Wednesday. 48 agreements have since been signed, and this time six new additional agreements were signed during the Second Session Commission.
