Soldiers from Malawi, Tanzania and SA are reported to be withdrawing from bases in Goma and Sake with all equipment. This in the wake of the government of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo agreeing to come up with a draft peace deal by May 2 to end the conflict that has wrecked the east of the DRC for more than three years.
