The Premier of Mpumalanga Mandla Ndlovu says the procurement process of the 22 laptops bought by the provincial education department, was flawed. Speaking during a media briefing, Ndlovu outlined the findings of the much-anticipated report into the procurement of the laptops at a cost of over R2 million, with each costing R91 000. According to the investigation, the laptops delivered were not what was procured.
